Production Time
Each ForeverLight memorial crystal is made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated production time will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping method options and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your crystal during transit.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. ForeverLight is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
