At ForeverLight, each memorial crystal is a custom, made-to-order product crafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Because every ForeverLight crystal is uniquely made to order using your pet's information and specifications, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. We take great care to ensure every order is crafted with precision and love.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a specified number of days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be accommodated before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible and fees may apply.
